Lax Kulkarni

Founder

Laxminarayan Kulkarni has more than 25 years in data platforms, cloud architecture, and applied intelligence. He founded Prasu Intelligence to help organizations raise productivity by putting people and systems to work together. He was a Principal Database Engineer at DTCC, leading Snowflake, Aurora PostgreSQL, and AWS data platforms, and earlier led cloud data architecture at INTTRA and the database practice at RSG Media. He holds an MBA in Analytics from Rutgers Business School and is certified as an AWS Solutions Architect and as a SnowPro Advanced Architect and Data Engineer.

Archana Kulkarni is a founding director of Prasu Intelligence. Her background is in talent acquisition at SmartWorks, LLC, where she ran full-cycle recruiting for software, cloud, and data roles, led an offshore candidate-marketing team, and received the company’s CEO award in 2016. She is based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
